What happens to what you write us
Short, because there is not much to say: this site has one form, one embedded map, and it does not track anybody. With the page simply open, nothing of yours leaves for anyone.

What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a subject and a message. Those four are required. Phone number and company are there if you want to give them, and the form works without.
There is nothing else on this site that collects data about you. No account to create, no newsletter, no shop.
What we do with it
The form sends an email to our inbox. That is all it does: it does not create a record in a sales system, and it does not add you to any list.
We use what you write to answer you, and to carry on the work if the conversation goes anywhere. We do not sell it, pass it on, or use it to send you things you did not ask for.
What we do not do
This site has no Google Analytics, and no other statistics tool. We do not profile you, we do not follow you from one page to the next, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
We know how many people visit only in the sense that our server writes the usual access logs, the same as any web server.
Who else sees anything
Nobody sees what you write in the form except us.
With the page simply open, nothing is requested from anyone: the fonts and the short demo videos are served from this same server. Two outside services can be reached, but only on purpose. Google Maps, for the map of our office in the footer and on the contact page, loads if you accept the optional cookies. YouTube, for the long talks, is only contacted when you press play on one of them.
Until then nothing is requested from Google. You can change your mind about the map at any time from the cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page, and there is more detail in the cookie policy.
Where the data sits
The site runs on a server belonging to Contabo GmbH, in Germany. Your data therefore stays inside the European Union, apart from the requests your own browser makes to Google if you accept the map or press play on a video.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop using it. Write to either of the addresses above.
If you think we are handling your data badly, you can take it to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
